RAC Logic ("we," "us," or "our") built Tutorly as a free application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Tutorly.
Information We Collect
Tutorly stores session and hour-tracking data you enter directly into the app. This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly use a sync or export feature.
We do not collect:
• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Location data
• Payment or financial information
• Data from other apps on your device
How We Use Your Information
The data you enter into Tutorly is used solely to provide the core functionality of the app — tracking tutoring sessions and calculating hours. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties.
Data Storage
All data you enter is stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored data.
Children's Privacy
Tutorly is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
