Use of the App

Tutorly is provided for personal use to track tutoring hours and sessions. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Tutorly and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by RAC Logic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tutorly is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAC Logic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Tutorly, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data Loss

We are not responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend that you regularly export or back up your data.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RAC Logic operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
